Welcome to La Pluma Elementary School

Panther Pride We are "Building Brighter Futures" together!    

We are moving into our final trimester of the 2011-2012 school year.  We need your support more than ever!   There's a buzz of learning going on in all of our classrooms and students are making great gains.   You can continue to support our efforts by staying connected to the classroom.  As we continue our partnership, please remember the importance of checking in with your child's teacher.  This "check-in" will keep you connected to learning and ways you can support learning at home.  My belief is that none of us is as smart as all of us!
 
I will continue to stress the importance of making every day matter at La Pluma.  Please continue to encourage your child to be here every day and on time.  That becomes critical as we move into our final trimester in preparation for our upcoming state testing in May.  I will continue to hold school-wide attendance incentives so optimal learning can take place.  Thank you for your support!
